Art’s Cafe is a worker-owned bakery/cafe in historic downtown Springville. The cafe began as a project of the non-profit Springville Center for the Arts, and is a gathering space with a mission to inspire, restore and build community through food and art. We are looking for individuals with a passion for good food and building a more vibrant and sustainable local economy to join our team.

Qualifications:
- Passion for our mission
- Professional or serious home cooking and baking experience
- Ability to bend, reach and stoop repeatedly and work on your feet all day
- Friendly – able to engage and work with customers and co-workers
- Availability days and evenings Tuesday-Saturday
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet high standards of service
Compensation: $15.50/hour plus tips for all employees. Pathway to Worker-Ownership (paid time off, profit sharing, higher wage).
