We own this and maybe you should too. Art’s Cafe was created by people who dared to think differently. In partnership with a team of worker-owners and a nonprofit arts organization, we’re building a better kind of business and investing in small town revitalization.

Support Good People and Good Food – Become a Community-Owner:
When you buy an ownership share you not only get owner perks, you help make the cafe space possible. Owners receive priority ticketing to events, $1 regular coffee, discounts on certain items and your name on the wall! Owners receive edible dividends when the project is profitable.
Ownership works similar to a co-op. Community-Owners have voting rights and guide the direction of the project. More importantly, by becoming and owner you make it all happen! Right now, ownership shares will help buy equipment and seating so we can open the front space.
The minimum amount of investment is $250 and it is payable in installments. Own a piece of Main Street!
To become a community-Owner follow these steps:
- Review the Prospectus
- Fill out the Subscription Agreement
- Fill out a W9 Form
- Make a copy of your Proof of Residency (license or similar)
- Make a check to Art's Cafe Community Owners, 5 E Main St, Springville, NY 14141
- Share the news on Facebook
